Best suited for suspended timber subfloors with 400mm joist centers, the system integrates seamlessly with our 16mm Pert-Al-Pert pipework, which clips effortlessly into the grooves of the foiled-faced boards.
Crafted from EPS insulation, the ProWarm panels can be enhanced with additional insulation below to further optimize system efficiency. Designed to be laid on top of battens, this system mirrors the installation of PIR insulation, making it a practical and cost-effective choice for any underfloor heating project.

Installation
To install the in joist batten system you will begin by securing battens to the sides of the joist with the top of the batten 50mm below the top of the joist. This will allow the insulation to sit flush with the top of the joist.
The pipework can then be placed withing the preformed grooves within the board.
You can finish the installation of this system by installing the finished floor.
